We offer a number of different marketing opportunities for exhibitors: sponsorship, booth rental, program advertising, and product placement.  Pricing for these opportunities is found below.  You may also visit the Sponsorship  and Booth Rental  areas of the website to obtain a list of the amenities provided.

You may download a copy of the Exhibitor Contract/Registration Form and forward to us by August 31, 2007.  You should also download a copy of the Exhibitor Contract Rules & Regulations  as well.  There is a 10% discount available for the reservation of 2 or more L Shape or Regular Shape Booths.  Exclusivity for exhibitor business-types is assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Please note that booth locations are also assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.  An effort will be made to assign exhibitors to the booth in an area of preference.  You may also download a copy of the map of the Event Hall to further assist you.  Please see the Exhibitor Handbook for additional information on event details.

After August 31, 2007, late registration for booths may be available and will be subject to a late registration fee.
