Posh Baby Expo Port St. Lucie Community Center Sept. 15, 2007
Noon-4 p.m. |
Vendor Setup
Exhibitors may begin booth setup at 9a.m. and must complete their setup by 11a.m. on the day of the event. Booths may be dismantled starting at 4p.m. We ask that no exhibitors begin removal of any part of their booth until the event ends. Booths must be completely dismantled by 6p.m. on September 15, 2007. Exhibitors must man their booths during the entire event |

Signage The Port St. Lucie Community Center does not allow us to hang anything from the walls or ceiling. A few vendors have thought of creative solutions to have signage.
A large frame with your company logo may be used as long as it is unobtrusive to surrounding exhibitors. Guidelines can be found under the Installation of Exhibits portion of the Contract Rules & Regulations. Exhibitors may want to use an easel to display a large sign. With your upgraded booth space (see welcome message), this is possible.
Exhibitors with banners may also find alternatives to hanging banners from the walls or ceiling. We ask that banners be hung in a professional, tidy manner. Please see our description of exhibitor tables to help you with your planning. |
|
Exhibitor Tables Exhibitor tables will be standard six foot tables covered with white table linens that go to the floor. Standard booths will have one table and L-shaped booths will have two tables.
We have found that clear packing tape does not stick well enough to the linens to hold a banner/sign up.
Some exhibitors will be backed by pipe and drape. Others will be backed by exhibit hall walls. We ask that all exhibitors keep their booths tidy by placing boxes and excess materials under the the tablecloth. |

Gentle Reminder As a gentle reminder, business endeavors other than those pre-paid and authorized will not be allowed to promote their business in any way at the event. Please contact us with any questions. | | |
A Message From Posh Baby Expo
Greetings,
We are rapidly approaching the Expo and would like to provide you with some helpful information. We have had the opportunity to speak to many of you about your booths and they sound terrific! This e-mail will serve as our Exhibitor Handbook and will help you prepare for the event. Although it is lengthy, it will ensure a smooth event. Please look over each section carefully. We are looking forward to having colorful, user-friendly, and well presented booths for our attendees.
As an added bonus, we have reconfigured our exhibitor layout and will be upgrading all booth categories to have an additional two feet in width space. Standard booths will continue to have one table. Vendors that purchased an L-shaped booth will still have two tables and be featured more prominently in high traffic areas. If we can be of any assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Very Sincerely,
Amber Rankin

Reminders
-Raffle prizes and promotional items/coupons/information for gift bags were due this week. Each exhibitor has agreed to provide a raffle item valued at $50. Please contact us to drop items off or to arrange for pick-up. We need all raffle items before the event to add to our program and set up.
-All raffles at exhibitor booths must be approved in writing prior to the Expo. Feel free to e-mail your raffle specifications to us since we may not receive them on time by mail. This is a great way to draw attendees to your booth. Please be sure to consult the Contract Rules & Regulations for raffle guidelines. |
Event Program The deadline for purchasing program ads is Friday September 7, 2007. Each attendee will receive a program and this is an inexpensive way to ensure they will remember your product or service. |
Parking & Loading Information In order to provide convenient parking for attendees and exhibitors, we would like to ask our exhibitors to park in the rear of the building. As you enter the Community Center driveway, turn to the left and follow the parking lot to the rear of the building. You will find two service entrances. Both are accessible to the exhibition hall. By parking in the rear, you will have closer access to the hall. You may leave your vehicles parked there for the entire day. |
