Vendor Booth – L Shape

 

For a fee of $400, the Vendor Booth (L Shape) will include the following amenities:

 

·         An 8’x8’ vendor space with two 6’ tables (in an L shape) and 2 chairs.  The table will be covered and skirted.

·         Exclusivity for your business-type (except for Children’s Apparel and related accessories).

·         Your business contact information (name, location, phone number) will be listed in the event program.

·         Your business name will be listed on www.poshbabyexpo.com as a participant.

·         If you would like to provide coupons and/or product samples, we will insert them into guest gift bags.

·         We will provide you with a lead list of event attendees within 3 business days after the event.

 

In addition to the fee noted above, we ask you to donate a raffle item with a minimum retail value of $50.  This is an additional advertising opportunity for you.

 

 

Vendor Booth – Regular Shape

 

For a fee of $300, the Vendor Booth (Regular Shape) will include the following amenities:

 

·         An 8’x6’ vendor space with a 6’ table and 2 chairs.  The table will be covered and skirted.

·         Exclusivity for your business-type (except for Children’s Apparel and related accessories).

·         Your business contact information (name, location, phone number) will be listed in the event program.

·         Your business name will be listed on www.poshbabyexpo.com as a participant.

·         If you would like to provide coupons and/or product samples, we will insert them into guest gift bags.

·         We will provide you with a lead list of event attendees within 3 business days after the event.

Only 5 booths are available for this rate of $100.  Booths are available to qualifying non-profit organizations on a first-come, first-serve basis.

·         Your organization contact information (name, location, phone number) will be listed in the event program.
